Red-disked Alpines should be starting to fly in the area; unfortunately skies clouded over before likely spots were visited. Also included a bonus image of Glyphipterix haworthana (Glyphipterigidae), a tiny moth whose caterpillars bore into cottongrass heads. Take pictures/specimens of any little bog moths you see! |
