Location: Rush Creek Road and SNA
Crawford County

I finally made it to the real Rush Creek goat prairies. For years I've been visiting the SNA, thinking this little meadow with the white boarded up building and outhouse couldn't be it. I had time so I followed the two-track the rest of the way to the "goat" prairie which has a spectacular view of the river and bluffs. No one has ever mentioned a spectacular view at Rush Creek. So where would the Ottoes be hanging out? Goat prairie or meadow?
