Clear day, light breeze, mid-70s. Goldenrod, Joe Pye Weed, Boneset, Compass Plant, Thistles in bloom. Many of the butterflies seemed to prefer the Thistles. There were two Giant Swallowtails caterpillars together on a Prickly Ash shrub.
