These sightings are submitted by butterfly enthusiasts across Wisconsin.
Hot, humid, and sunny; great weather for insects. The gardens were abuzz with hundred of bees. Besides the butterflies, I saw a beautiful Metallic Green Sweat Bee (Agapostemon sp.) and a Ailantus Webworm Moth. There were dozens of Grasshopper also, of at least 4 different species.
