Location: Dunnville Barrens
The kind of day the local weather person calls a "Top-Ten Weather Day". A delightful 75 degrees with a breeze and very low humidity. Painted Ladies are still plentiful (one of them in the grip of an Ambush Bug). I was looking for Leonard's Skippers, but blazing star is just beginning to bloom. Whorled Milkweed and Joe-pye-weed are blooming. Lovely day!
