These sightings are submitted by butterfly enthusiasts across Wisconsin.
Spent the afternoon in my small (30' x 40') back garden which is filled with pollinator and hummingbird friendly plants. Had 5 Monarchs and one time on the Joe Pye Weed (I could only get 4 at once in a photo). One of the Red Admirals was so tattered, I was surprised that it could still fly. Besides the butterflies, there were 2 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, 1 Hummingbird Moth, and countless bumble bees and honey bees.
