Location: East Side Madison
A dogwood tree in our neighbor's yard was covered with over 100 roosting Monarchs this morning (a small portion of which are shown in the accompanying photo). It was a quiet spot, sheltered from the breeze off of Lake Monona. When I checked later, and the branches were moving in the wind, they had dispersed.
