Checked Crex Ridge Road--rough blazingstar was starting to bloom. Saw an unusual blue here, but only got a poor photo. But did get good view of it with the Papilio binocs and am certain that it was a Reakirt's Blue. Leonard's skipper was also here, as was a single battered Karner. Rough blazingstar in better bloom along North Refuge Road. Landing at Reed Lake was devoid of butterflies. Weather was lovely.
