Location: Russell Hill and parking areas along County Rd C

Warm and very windy. I checked most of the parking areas along County Rd. C to avoid the wind. All the commas were seen in the parking areas. Everything else was seen at Russell Hill. I didn't arrive at Russel Hill until 2:45 PM. In hindsight I wish I had saved more time for Russel Hill despite the wind.
