These sightings are submitted by butterfly enthusiasts across Wisconsin.
Sunny, afternoon, mid-seventies, clouds of gnats, Large numbers of Brown elfins. Freija fritillaries were very active, rarely landing for more than a couple seconds, making it very difficult to get photos. Adding insult to injury one of them landed on me as I was walking out. (: I also saw one unidentified Duskywing.
