Forested trails sparsely populated, except for exposed sunnier tracts, where Red Admirals continue to persist at much less intensity than previously. Orange Sulfurs rather common, and a singleton worn Mourning Cloak also seen. Highlight of the one hour outing, a female Little Sulfur settled long enough on a dandilion to allow a pic. In my area this butterfly is seldom seen, perhaps once in several years, so this sighting was a thriller.
